About Samantha

Samantha is a twenty-something year old woman who is passionate about various existential topics, including but not limited to creativity & self expression, intellectualism, self-development, relationships, love, humanity, sociology, psychology, identity, religion & spirituality and more. Throughout her years of creating online platforms, she has struggled to niche down and then realized that perhaps she doesn’t want to— she hopes using the umbrella term of “existentialism” will allow her to get away with that.

After spending multiple years trying to build social media platforms, she realized that she wasn’t finding as much joy out of it and that being on social media was taking out the fun of her creative & intellectual processes and threatening the authenticity she strived for in her self expression. Wanting to escape the pressures of performance and desiring to deepen her integrity in making something out of her ideas where she isn’t confined by time limits of short-form content and constricted by the algorithm to deem her work worthy, she decided to decentralize social media in her creating and take back ownership of it. Thus, she decided to deactivate social media, create this website and focus on YouTube videos where she can make videos as long or short as she wants because she wants to, not because she “has” to.

Samantha hopes that her own writing & other self expression here and on YouTube inspires you to get in touch with yourself, leading you to think, create and love more.

When Samantha is not creating online, she loves journaling, reading wholesome romance novels with a sense of community in them, running and spending time with her friends and family.
